IllustrationFriday: Discovery

She was fingerpainting until she discovered how to make a handprint. Distracted by this new discovery, her experiment moved from the hardwood area where she began, toward an area she found a new surface on which to exhibit her work!

The mess may look real because I actually made a mess on the paper: I masked off the girl and I splattered some red watercolor. (That is fun!)

This is great.... LOVE to discover this way myself!!!!
in preschool they do chocolate pudding art... (best of both worlds..... cause you can lick it up.( done on a washable plexiglass... )
